Do learners need school-owned devices?
No — assessments run in the browser on learners’ own phones. There’s nothing to install and no device trolley to book.
How long does setup take?
Most providers run their first live assessment within a week: import cohorts, build an assessment from your existing question bank, and run it in class.
Is it acceptable for controlled assessment?
Sessions are time-boxed and invigilated in the room, with a clear digital record for audit — designed to meet controlled-assessment conditions.

Is invigilation human-led or automated?
Human-led. Trained invigilators run live sessions, while integrity dashboards and recordings give your standards team full oversight.
Can we run it ourselves, or do you manage it?
Either. Use the platform self-serve, or take the fully managed option where Wayvero’s team runs the sessions and you keep oversight.
How do you handle candidate identity and exam integrity?
Identity and environment checks at the start, live human monitoring throughout, and complete session records retained as evidence.

How do you price your products?
Straightforward per-learner or per-sitting pricing with no setup fee. Tell us your volumes and we’ll give you a like-for-like comparison against your current printing and admin cost.
Do we need to integrate with our existing systems to get started?
No. You can start without any integration work. We can connect to your MIS or reporting later, when it adds value rather than as a barrier to getting going.
